The perfect choice for families or groups of friends, Vistamar has six bedrooms between the main house and the cottage.  At Vistamar, there is plenty of space for guests to relax and unwind.

 

The indoor living room features oversized comfortable sofas and French doors that open out on to a covered terrace with casual outdoor seating, wet bar and a large dining table that seats 12, so everyone can gather together and enjoy quality time.

 

Should you wish to escape, the self-contained cottage has a small interior living room with TV and a large patio that includes a stunning sculpted coral stone and glass dining table, comfy sofas and chairs as well as a selection of books and games to keep the kids (and adults!) entertained.

 

Our friendly staff will provide you with three meals a day, six days a week after discussing your particular culinary preferences. Groceries can be purchased for you and charged to your account, or you can source them yourself from the local supermarket in Holetown.

 

Guests at Vistamar enjoy exclusive access to the Sandy Lane Beach Club, with private, secure parking.  Services at the Beach Club include beach loungers, umbrellas, complimentary wifi internet and bathroom/shower facilities. There is a full bar on site where drinks, lunch and light snacks can be purchased. Alternatively, if guests prefer, the cook can prepare a picnic lunch packed in a cooler for your day at the beach.

Bedrooms

Four air-conditioned bedrooms with en suite bathrooms along with an extra guest bathroom are in the main house, consisting of one king, two queen and one double bed.  The master bedroom suite has a walk in closet and opens directly out onto the pool deck through French doors. The media room has a double sofa bed if required.

 

The self-contained cottage has two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms. An extensive veranda stretches the length of the cottage.

 

Both the main house and cottage are all on one level with easy access, making it ideal for wheelchairs.

Staffing

Rental of Vistamar includes a full staff: cook, housekeeper, laundress, gardener, pool service and nightly security guard along with a personal villa manager and concierge services.
