The accommodation consists of the main house and a separate self-contained cottage on the landscaped grounds. The main house has an expansive indoor living space featuring a fully equipped kitchen, large air-conditioned living room, separate formal dining room and 4 ensuite air-conditioned guest bedrooms located on the first floor.

 

The self-contained guest cottage, located just across from the pool, has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms, its own living and dining areas and fully equipped kitchen.

 

With 1.5 acres of tropical grounds the beautiful outdoor space benefits from a large swimming pool and deck, a covered terrace with lounge area and alfresco dining. Extra amenities include a small fitness room as well as friendly on-site staff, including housekeeping and chef.

 

The private Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club is also close by which offers parking, bathrooms, showers and changing rooms as well as fast speed internet, a bar and restaurant and for those who enjoy the beach private sun loungers and umbrellas.
