Also on the main floor is the fully equipped kitchen with all the modern conveniences; the formal dining area, consisting of a quaint bar; the cozy TV area, and the spacious living room area. There is another room which can be used as an office or additional bedroom. The laundry area is just off the kitchen and leads to the enclosed garage.

 

The villa contains four sprawling bedrooms on the upper level. Two of these bedrooms have wonderful sea views and open onto spacious balconies for luxurious lounging. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and power shower with three of the bathrooms enjoying their own bathtub.  A further bedroom is located on the ground floor.
