Nirvana is a fabulous luxury beachfront villa equipped with more than just the everyday modern amenities needed for your getaway.

 

The ground floor living areas are spacious with a large family room with comfortable sofas and a 65-inch flat screen TV.

 

Both dining and family rooms open onto the wide covered terrace and then onto the outstanding outdoor areas with informal dining, sun-loungers, enticing swimming pool and direct access to the beach.

 

Perhaps the best spot for relaxing in the company of friends and family is the lounging area located right on the water’s edge where sundowners or after dinner coffees can be enjoyed. Retractable awnings or large sun-umbrellas offer plenty of shade or sun worshipers can tan on the luxury sun-loungers.

 

The ground floor also offers a beautiful guest bedroom whilst the master bedroom and 3 other bedrooms are located on the upper floor.

 

Nirvana’s top floor has been transformed into a unique sunset bar with plenty of seating, offering elevated sea and beach views and once the sun has set the uplifting music and glow of the subtle lighting takes over while guests enjoy expertly prepared cocktails and canapés under a star filled night. 

 

The best in chef prepared cuisine can be enjoyed in a formal setting within the luxurious interiors or around the perfectly square alfresco dining table which can seat up to 12 hungry guests.

 

Another unique and truly luxurious amenity that Nirvana offers is its Control Four home automation system. The system allows for complete ease of living, from entertaining to a secure space and even a quick lock-up button when you're on your way out.

Bedrooms​

Nirvana has 5-ensuite bedrooms with 3 facing the ocean.

 

The ground floor consists of the living room, indoor dining, kitchen and a guest bedroom. From here you can access the outside space.

 

The remaining 4-bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the upper level.

Staffing

A stay at Nirvana Villa not only includes a wonderful view and marvellous decor! The home has the benefit of offering a Housekeeper, Laundress and Chef to cater to your every need during your vacation.

 

• Cook – To prepare 2 consecutive meals, breakfast/lunch OR lunch/dinner.  If breakfast and dinner are preferred, the latter meal will be prepared and available as self-serve at the guest's convenience.

• Laundress (Note: Laundry services pertain to guest's needs during your stay.  Bags or suitcases of laundry brought to the house will be charged per item)

 

• To fully pamper you, our clients receive Concierge service to arrange the simplest of tasks and activities such as booking your car hire, fast track or transfers to more elaborate requirements such as a private catamaran sail for a big celebration and more.
