New Mansion is situated in Paynes Bay on the west coast of Barbados in the Parish of St. James, one of the most picturesque and popular beaches on the island.

 

The villa has a beachfront location so the sea is only a few short paces away, but for those who enjoy the privacy of their own fresh water pool, New Mansion features an exotic, floodlight 20m, crescent shaped swimming pool, complete with walkover bridge.

The accommodation comprises four air conditioned bedrooms with all with en-suite bathrooms, and include a large master bedroom with an adjoining kitchenette.  A lovely terrace leads out from the master bedroom and the adjacent guest bedroom and affords guests a stunning view over the pool and the beach.

 

There is a pool-side playroom with HiFi equipment and Cable TV which is also available in the master bedroom.   This villa is complete with all equipment and utilities and is run by excellent staff.

 

New Mansion is a short walk along the beach from the prestigious Sandy Lane Hotel and just next door to Treasure Beach Hotel.
