As you enter the property you are greeted by a large outdoor area with beautiful flowering plants. There is ample space for parking and enough covered space for two cars. The outdoor space beautifully compliments the indoor living areas. There is a large covered terrace and beautiful swimming pool.

The property is situated on 26,250 sq. ft. of land with approximately 6,550 sq. ft. of covered living space. As you enter through the front door you are welcomed with a brightly lit, closed courtyard and sitting area. To the left of the courtyard you are met with a charming dining room. This is bright with windows which offer sumptuous views of the tropical gardens. Adjacent to the dining room is the well-equipped fitted kitchen. This leads onto the well-appointed staff quarters.

The spacious open living room area is well connected to the central courtyard. You arrive through the one of many ornate arches found within the property. It has floor to ceiling windows, marble style floor tiles and large French doors. These guides you to the covered terrace.

 

Alongside the pool deck adjacent to the covered terrace is the large free form pool and terrace area. This is the perfect spot for soaking up the Caribbean sun by day and hosting memorable cocktail parties by night. 

 

To the other side of the covered terrace, a pathway takes you to the cottage. The cottage includes an en-suite bedroom, kitchen and private covered terrace.

 

The four bedrooms can be found within the main house. There are three located on the ground floor and the large master bedroom on the second. The master bedroom boasts beautiful décor and an unforgettable panoramic view.
