Laughing Waters is positioned only steps away from the stunning Sandy Lane beach and the calm waters of the Caribbean Sea.

Laughing Waters is the only villa on the Sandy Lane Estate offering hotel benefits. The villa guests have the exclusive benefit to access the amenities at the world renowned 5 diamond hotel resort next door to the villa. This includes use of the wonderful spa and restaurants there. It also allows use of two exclusive golf courses.

The accommodation at Laughing Waters consists of three separate buildings, the Main House, Guest Cottage, and Great House.

 
There are 12 beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom sleeping up 24 guests. Some of the Master suites include separate living areas, secluded patios and sunlit soaking tubs.

The stunning Caribbean architecture is designed by Larry Warren, which is complemented by the elegant furnishings, lavish fabrics and lush linens, as well as bold chandeliers and soothing water features – all of which to create an inviting impressive villa holiday experience for all.

As you enter the 3-storey Main House at Laughing Waters, you are welcomed into the outdoor pavilion the most popular spot on the estate, where you can lounge by the private pool with champagne or cocktails in hand, whilst you relax in front of the big screen in this fabulous entertainment space. Or the staff will serve delicious, informal meals in an eclectic treehouse dining area.  The Main House offers 8 bedrooms complete with central air-conditioning and walk-in closets.

On the other side of the estate, a separate 4-bedroom Guest House includes indoor-outdoor dining and living areas, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a tucked-away office for those who need to keep an eye on work.

Between the Main House and Guest Cottage are extensive Asian-inspired gardens filled with exotic, tropical plants and towering palms, koi ponds, winding walk ways that lead you to the Great House.
