Landmark House is one of only three luxury villa rentals situated directly on the very exclusive Sandy Lane Beach. It is located at the northern end of the beach and commands views of the entire bay.  The Sandy Lane Hotel is a two-minute walk along the beach where golf, dining or spa treatments can be arranged. It is also a short walk to Holetown where you will find an excellent selection of restaurants, bars together with local and designer shopping.

Landmark House and Cottage are located on the Sandy Lane beach.  The property is set in spacious private tropical gardens and has a path at the end of the garden which leads directly to the beautiful white sandy beach.

The 2-bedroom, self-contained, Landmark Cottage is located just oppose the main villa entrance.

To complement the traditional coral-stone architecture of Landmark House its open plan interior design brings outdoor living inside. Pleasant sea breezes are distributed by colonial-style overhead fans. The living area is furnished with comfortable sofas.

Landmark House offers four air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and sea views. Three are located on the ground floor level and the fourth bedroom is on the first floor.  Some of the bedrooms have an indoor/outdoor shower.

You enter the house via a wooden bridge that spans the dense foliage surrounding the house. The house which is built mostly of local coral stone has a large open plan living area that is rather like a very chic pavilion. It is very much the heart of the house.  The living room is open on all sides perfect for indoor-outdoor living.

Leading off the living room there is a pagoda with views of the sea ideal for dining. The kitchen at has been completely refurbished and there is a beautiful garden leading directly to the beach and sea 

The Villa features four air-conditioned suites as well as two bedrooms located in the cottage. Three on the ground floor of the main villa and one on the first floor each with its own private bathroom overlooking the garden and Bay.  Each of the suites can be made up of King beds or Twin beds depending on your requirements.

The Cottage which is full of the atmosphere has a tree house feeling with the living and dining areas located on upstairs patios overlooking the gardens.
