It consists of a main villa as well as an adjacent cottage, around a pool, with two and a half acres of gardens, which sits amongst the ‘Old Nine’ golf course and has an uninterrupted view of the Atlantic Ocean.

This villa has recently undergone a renovation, and has been modernised while still retaining its original colonial feel. It is open and rustic, but modern, with a contemporary kitchen complete with a wide range of modern amenities.

Each bedroom has its own en suite bath, and the villa is fully air conditioned. The cottage is also extremely well equipped to the same standard as the main house.

The property is very well-appointed, with outstanding grounds and all the modern amenities you would want.  Laundry facilities are available onsite, the main house and the cottage are equipped with cable television and Wi-Fi, and security is always present onsite.
